SCHoLARSHIP

Every year, the AES Cattlewomen provide scholarships to the youth in Amador, El Dorado, and Sacramento counties. By offering these scholarships the Cattlewomen hope to be able to further the education of future leaders in the Beef Industry.

applications must be SUBMITTED by MAIL OR EMAILED to the scholarship chair NO LATER THAN April 1st OF THE SCHOLARSHIP YEAR.

ABIGAIL THOMAS

  

Abigail is attending Oregon State University, to obtain a degree in Environmental Economics and Policy. To support her pursuit as Agricultural Lobbyist she plans to declare a minor in Animal Science or Agriculture Science to be better prepared to make a positive and informed impact on the Beef industry. 

TAYLOR BACCHI


Taylor is attending Oklahoma State University, completing her freshman year and earning recognition on the Fall Deans List. She is majoring in Animal Science Business with plans to become a Livestock Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. 

Her career plans include becoming a 6th generation cattle rancher.
